This could require needing to start work earlier or later in the day. They also need to have strong customer facing abilities to succeed. Our customer locations are in Brea, CA; Rome, GA; and Tampa, FL. Being near these locations is preferred, but we are open to remote candidates at this time. Responsibilities: Drive all project activity from scope, implementation, through post-launch and closure. Effectively manage resources, governance, timelines, and profitability. Proactively identify, articulate, and manage risks through collaboration with internal and client project teams. Contribute to evolution of project management methodology. Serve as primary point of contact, managing the day-to-day customer experience. Develop project timelines and manage all required artifacts related to risk mgmt., etc. Manage team of Functional Consultants. Manage SDLC phases from initiation and scoping to development and up through deployment and Hypercare. Prepare and present project status updates to Business and IT sponsors/stakeholders. Liaison between project team and Business. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 7 years of specific experience as SAP Project or Program Manager. Must have experience in at least two (2) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology. Experience in review of BBP documents, developing test, cutover and post go-live plans (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc). Strong management and leadership experience with globally distributed teams. Participate to lead onsite-offshore interactions as required. Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent coordination and time management skills. Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables. Good hands-on experience on Jira, MS Project & MS office suite (Excel & PowerPoint). Experience as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role, is a plus.
