This key role involves the transition of an application from React Native to a native Android platform, in addition to contributing to our ongoing cross-platform application development. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team under the guidance of an experienced architect. Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development within an Agile framework, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of fundamental principles of mobile app development. Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with extensive knowledge and experience in the Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Git. Experienced in managing offline mobile databases, with a preference for Realm. Skilled in utilizing Android frameworks and libraries such as Jetpack Compose and Firebase SDK. Proficient in implementing MVVM and MVP design patterns to streamline architecture, along with expertise in memory management to improve application performance and efficiency. Knowledgeable about Agile methodologies, with practical experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) automation using Fastlane for building, testing, and deploying applications. A minimum bachelors degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with cross-platform development tools such as React Native is considered a plus.
