This position is responsible for representing the requirements of the agency and confirming they are met. This IT business analyst will work on small, internally-developed IT software projects. Duties include: Gathering business requirements from subject matter experts Mapping business processes Creating functional specifications for the solution, including user interfaces, external interfaces, interfaces, and reporting. Creating high-level test plans for the solution Ensuring that the business requirements are met in the final solution.
