Rowe Price Job Location Owings Mills, Maryland (Remote) Job Type Contractual Contractual Job Duration 6 Interview Process video Job Description : Notes from call with hiring manager: - want someone with front office Asset Management Experience - 8+ years of PM experience - working on an ETF project - project has been underway for over a year, but they are continually adding additional scope. Not starting in the middle of something, working on new projects within the larger project - the program is related to a rollout of ETF's and scaling infrastructure to support the rollout. This person would be supporting and managing 2-3 workstreams (marketing, sales/distribution, investment support) - primarily concerned with how ETF's interact with the trading system and investment support workstream Job Description: Project Management responsibilities: Build excellent working relationships with teams as required. Lead and facilitate project discussions and meetings, ensuring they are task oriented and objective driven to ensure the efficient use of everyones time who are involved. Escalate risks and issues to the program leadership as appropriate Support management of project according to established methodology and standards. Continually update relevant business stakeholders on project status and publish project status reports as and when required. Represent the project in various project governance and inter-department forums. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan. Ensure the project meets success parameters and business objectives.
