Proven experience as a business analyst in MuleSoft and EDI integration projects or similar technical environments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and partner organizations to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for integration projects. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with capabilities from the integration platforms and best practices. Define KPIs and align it with the business expectations. Work closely with Integration developers and architects to define solution designs and provide guidance on implementation. Conduct data mapping and transformation analysis to ensure seamless integration between systems. Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing activities to validate the functionality of the solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration solutions, identifying, and addressing issues as they arise. Stay abreast of Integration Platform product updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our integration capabilities. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a business analyst in MuleSoft and EDI integration projects or similar technical environments. Involved in requirements traceability and impact analysis, involved in process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Should be able to understand non-functional requirements like security, compliance, performance, scalability, etc. and document it. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in client facing role. Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc. Preferred Qualifications: MuleSoft Certified Integration Specialist (MCIS) certification is advantageous. IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) certification is preferred. Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols such as EDIFACT, X12, and AS2, SFTP. Experience with Salesforce integration project using MuleSoft. Familiarity with API design principles and RESTful web services. Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and E-commerce platforms. Previous experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or retail. Keywords: information technology |
