Dev team is 15 strong, 3 PMs. Very technical but we need to clean up the process! Need a strong scrum master to work with him and drive the scrum processes. Person needs to understand tech to stand up against the developers well. REQUIRD SKILLS : Certified Scrum Master 7+ years of expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization Strong experience in JIRA, JIRA Align project management tools and implementation of best practices in Agile tools and workflows. Must have Scrum Master experience working on 2-3 large data transformation program Demonstrated success in coaching multiple teams across products Excellent Communication and Client facing skills Ability to facilitate, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.
