Must gather and document requirements and generate business processes models to outline various user workflows. Must coordinate with technical team to create user stories to facilitate application development and perform functional unit testing of developed user stories. Must assist with risk and scope management efforts. Must document Process Flows. Must create Technical Specification documentation. Must develop and complete Quality Assurance Test Scripts. Must support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Must have the ability to create and understand process diagrams, flowcharts, and business models.
