Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Mandatory: Architect Service now Identity Access Management ServiceNow, ServiceNow Admin, Platforms Requirements: Platform architect should have advanced technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform as well as a solid understanding of business strategy and governance practices. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, functionalities, and best practices. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly). Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining the detailed views of existing architecture. Aligning Now Platform capabilities with the business strategy and enterprise ServiceNow roadmap. Leading the platform operations or support team in implementing technical standards, best practices, policies, and procedures Developing platform architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements. Maintaining instance strategy. Developing the integration strategy between the Now Platform and other enterprise systems. Providing leadership when implementing new requirements on the Now Platform Contributing to the governance processes. The platform architect defines and documents standards, analyzes the impact of new requirements, and establishes controls (for example, through design board or agile ceremonies). Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful execution of ServiceNow projects on time and within budget. Stay current with the latest ServiceNow platform advancements, emerging trends, and security best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user guides. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Contribute to the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures for ServiceNow. Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives for the team.
