MOI: Video Break/Fix: Troubleshooting, resolving issues, and documenting solutions. Enhancement: Gathering client requirements, estimating effort, obtaining approval, conducting work, testing, and providing UAT support before migrating to Production. Quarterly Release Testing: Supporting interface/integration testing when needed. Service Now: Using Service Now as the primary ticketing system. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
