| From: muthu, VY Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Ability to develop Holistic Migration Roadmap, Project Management Routines and Governance Structure Ability to develop White-Glove and Standard Processes by product and multi-product families; develop customer migration journeys for key customer segments (e.g., manual, shared, high revenue, automated, etc.) to understand required client setups, hand-offs between teams, planned communications, and overall customer experience. Serve the Central Client Migration Office, aligning with other work-streams within Client Migration and across Overall Migration Support Regulatory Communications, Filings, and concerns as needed. Oversee Client Migration Support Tools including FAQs, Communications, Tech Migration Conversion Documents, and Others Establish TM Client Migration Management Office and Governance Model Develop target product mapping for future state organization, including communications to employees, customers and third parties. Establish and manage overall execution and migration command center for T-15 through T+30. Establish issue escalation criteria and processes for triage and remediation. Provide ongoing oversight and management of Project staff. Train-the-trainer Project to support Project health and any turnover. Coordinate cross-project activities. Apply change, risk and resource management. Provide suitable strategies and objectives. Project closure including playbook documentation and lessons learned. Behavioral Skills: Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication Project Management - ability to schedule, plan and oversee projects. Leadership ability to coordinate, motivate and provide guidance to the teams. Risk Management - The ability to analyze, prioritize, and minimize the amount of risk an initiative, Project, or project may cause. Analytical problem solving - The ability to identify and address potential issues, keep up with technology, and improve software quality.
