DURATION: Long Term LOCATION: Branford, CT ( NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES FROM CT ) VISA: GC & USC This role will be 100% onsite and need someone who has excellent organizational and planning skills. Also, has a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. They will not be doing the repairs but need to have general Infrastructure knowledge so they can address the issue to the correct team. 5 years experience . Service Delivery Coordinator (IT Infrastructure and AV Services): We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator with a strong background in IT infrastructure projects, specializing in audio-visual (AV) services, network infrastructure, and third-party service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet our companys needs and standards. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects with a specific focus on the delivery of AV services and network infrastructure. Oversee the coordination and integration of third-party services, ensuring consistent service management practices are followed. Work closely with IT teams to develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing contracts and SLAs while also being the main point of contact for third-party service providers. Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations relevant to IT infrastructure and AV services. Collaborate with the IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Assist in the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and best practices. Provide leadership, training, and support to the service delivery team as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading IT infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on AV services and network infrastructure. Strong understanding of third-party service management and experience managing vendor relationships. Excellent project management skills and experience with project management software and methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in IT infrastructure and AV services.
