Should have worked for minimum of 4 years in the Retail and Consumer Goods Consulting space thru one of the well-known consulting organizations. Responsible for the evaluation of new business requirements and the development of new solutions to meet business needs. It is a highly collaborative role leading the systems design working with business , IT and Enterprise architects. They need to drive and lead the programs across supply chain domain and ensure the success. Role expectations: - Analyze , research and design for the environment within SC domain (Planning, logistics, quality, manufacturing, etc.) ensuring integrated and coherent approach to the whole systems design. - Provide process and system design by working closely with Business and IT leaders to get their approvals - Work closely with external and internal partners to manage development and success of every program - Ensure appropriate documentation to support process and system changes. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from various business units - Sound experience with supply chain planning systems and manufacturing planning knowledge - Experience with Anaplan & BY is a plus Communication skills and stakeholder management. This role will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams involved.
