The ideal candidate should be an expert in leading Healthcare projects in the HealthRules configuration. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms. A good understanding of Healthcare domain is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise and Responsibilities include: Must be a leader Must be able to travel extensively Must be scrum master for configuration team Provide power point presentations with sprint information at the end of each sprint as well as lead the sprint demo for the customer Responsible for meeting milestones and guiding the team to a successful go live event Provide guidance and mentor other team members Provide expertise to customer and team regarding HealthRules Answer questions regarding the product and provide solutions to complex problems Must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills including the ability to convey business requirements/configuration effectively Should be able to synthesize complex information Must have experience in at least four modules of HealthRules Payor (i.e., Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance, etc) Assist other team members with complex issues related to their field of expertise Provide configuration training to internal team and customer Should be flexible in work roles and hours Team player Experience: Must have some experience working with customers Analytical abilities Must have HealthRules Experience (5 + years) Must be good with customers Previous consulting experience Keywords: golang |
