The Project Manager is responsible for managing one or more highly complex projects, and/or manage a project of interdependent projects to collectively produce a common business outcome. Other responsibilities include define, plan, execute, monitor, control, and bring closure to each key management area: portfolio planning and tracking, planning and dependency management, communication management, risk and issue management, scope management, performance management across projects, resource management, mentoring, and departmental projects.
