| HII ALL ROLE : Technical Project Manager LOCATION : Redmond, Washington(Onsite) DURATION : 12 MONTHS Job Description: We are seeking a proficient and experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to lead and execute projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations and integrations. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to MS Dynamics, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project goals, requirements, and priorities. 3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project activities and milestones. 4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery. 5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in MS Dynamics implementations, ensuring adherence to project requirements and contractual agreements. 6. Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes and standards to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet established quality criteria. 7. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to manage stakeholder expectations, address resistance to change, and ensure successful adoption of MS Dynamics solutions. 8. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project progress, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Preferred PMP certification preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager leading MS Dynamics implementation projects from initiation to closure. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, database management, and cloud computing concepts.
