From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description -Need Active LinkedIn profileNeed Architect level profile ServiceNow CSDM Roadmap Advisor 6+ months Location Remote Must have: NEEDS to be a CSDM expert They need to have done this type of implementation in PRACTICE ideally in a low maturity environment They should have an IT Ops background to be able to successfully navigate this type of organization We are seeking an experienced and adaptable individual to serve as a ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) Roadmap Advisor tailored for organizations in low maturity states within their IT Service Management (ITSM) practices. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding and advising clients who are in the early stages of their ServiceNow journey, helping them establish foundational aspects of CSDM within their existing ServiceNow environment. Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow platform implementation, particularly within low maturity organizations Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, with the ability to translate them into practical solutions within ServiceNow Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and change management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist), with a willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative project delivery is a plus Responsibilities: Conduct assessments / review artifacts detailing recent externally led assessments of the client's current ITSM practices, processes, ServiceNow platform ownership organization and ServiceNow implementation and adoption status to understand their current maturity state and identify areas for improvement Collaborate closely with clients to develop phased CSDM roadmaps aligned with their organizational goals, focusing on incremental improvements and quick wins to build momentum Provide guidance and support to clients in building fundamental ITSM capabilities within ServiceNow, including incident management, change management, problem management, release and deployment, and service catalog development, laying the groundwork for CSDM implementation Analyze existing data structures and workflows within ServiceNow to identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and optimization in alignment with CSDM principles Engage with stakeholders across the organization to evangelize the benefits of CSDM and gain buy-in for roadmap initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Deliver targeted coaching, training sessions and workshops to educate client's ServiceNow Platform team on CSDM concepts, data modeling techniques, and best practices, empowering them to take ownership of their CSDM journey Drive iterative refinement of CSDM roadmaps based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's evolving maturity level Keywords: information technology |
