| Role: Cloud DevOps Engineer Location: Multiple Locations Duration: Contract 12+ yrs experience required 1. Provision infrastructure and establish CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS, Terraform, and GitLab. 2. Facilitate application migration, new workload implementation, and provide ongoing support for application infrastructure and pipelines. 3. Monitor and maintain infrastructure post-production deployment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 4. Educate and train application engineers on cloud platform capabilities to empower them to configure, consume, and maintain infrastructure effectively. 5. Collaborate with the Cloud Platform Engineering team to understand and address application teams' cloud infrastructure requirements. 6. Continuously assess and leverage cloud platform capabilities to enhance infrastructure efficiency, security, and scalability. Primary Skills: 1. Proficiency in AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Load balancer and VPC. 2. Extensive experience with Terraform, preferably at an enterprise level, for infrastructure provisioning and management. 3. Strong command of GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipeline automation, and collaboration. 4. In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, security, scalability, and cost optimization. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6. Ability to adapt to evolving cloud technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure management and deployment processes.
