The successful candidate will possess strong functional program management skills, exceptional people skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking capabilities. Confidence is crucial, and experience overseeing a substantial OMS implementation, including the configuration of off-the-shelf systems, is essential. Preferred candidates will have a background in life sciences, with additional experience in Commercial IT considered a bonus. Responsibilities: Demonstrate robust functional program management skills, overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle with a focus on OMS implementation. Utilize strategic thinking to align program goals with organizational objectives. Exhibit exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, and an executive presence to foster positive collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the organization. Oversee the implementation of a large-scale Order Management System, ensuring the successful configuration and integration of the off-the-shelf solution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress. Lead the configuration of the OMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the organization and aligns with industry best practices. Implement and enforce configuration management processes to maintain system integrity.
