Excellent written & verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect / Lead Developer. Project Management experience or Lead experience. Proven expertise in data migration from Legacy CRM systems and other third-party platforms. Experienced in developing reports using SSRS (Microsoft Reporting Services). Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Minimum of 5 years of experience required, which includes: Microsoft CRM experience. Database Management. Information Systems Architecture. Programming, Software Applications and Workflow. Development of: Model-driven applications. Power Automate Flows. Solutions that integrate with Microsoft Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office products. End-User Support on Dynamics CRM Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules Exposure to, and experience with, PowerApps is preferred.
