Information Systems Architecture. Programming, Software Applications and Workflow. Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in information Technology or related field, or applicable work and education experience, required. Experienced in developing reports using SSRS (Microsoft Reporting Services). Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript. Development of: Model-driven applications. Power Automate Flows. Solutions that integrate with Microsoft Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office products. End-User Support on Dynamics CRM. Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules. Exposure to, and experience with, PowerApps is preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Excellent written & verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
