Interview: Phone/ Skype Job Description Responsibilities: - Test Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy, including selecting appropriate tools and technologies. - Automation Frameworks: Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks that facilitate efficient and scalable testing of software applications. -Test Planning: Collaborate with QA and development teams to create test plans and define automation scope for projects. -Test Case Design: Create, review, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring adequate test coverage and reliability. -Test Execution: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects to the development team. -Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable early and frequent testing. -Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance testers to incorporate automated performance tests into the overall testing strategy. -Documentation: Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. -Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to QA automation engineers, fostering skill development and best practices. -Quality Assurance: Participate in manual testing efforts when necessary, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
