Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects, with a focus on the manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as PP, MM, PM, QM, FICO and MES, including configuration, integration, and customization. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry standards (e.g., Industry 4.0), and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO). Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful SAP S/4HANA initiatives from conception to completion. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is desirable. Ability to travel as needed for project engagements and collaboration with global teams. Good to Have:- SAP certification in relevant modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other latest SAP technologies. Experience in leading global or large-scale SAP implementation projects.
