Job Title:- QA Automation Lead Alpharetta , GA On-site Client: Photon Visa : Independent Only (USC ,GC) Contract Looking local Job Description: You will lead our efforts in test automation and quality assurance, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement automation frameworks, design test cases, and ensure the delivery of bug-free and efficient software products. Responsibilities: Test Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy, including selecting appropriate tools and technologies. Automation Frameworks: Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks that facilitate efficient and scalable testing of software applications. Test Planning: Collaborate with QA and development teams to create test plans and define automation scope for projects. Test Case Design: Create, review, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring adequate test coverage and reliability. Test Execution: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects to the development team. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable early and frequent testing. Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance testers to incorporate automated performance tests into the overall testing strategy. Documentation: Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to QA automation engineers, fostering skill development and best practices. Quality Assurance: Participate in manual testing efforts when necessary, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
