We are seeking a talented Lead AEM Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As a Lead AEM Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining AEM-based solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using AEM, Java, and related technologies. Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows. Integrate AEM with third-party systems and services. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and other best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AEM development and related technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Java development. 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including components, templates, and workflows. Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and other related technologies. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of RESTful web services and integration patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
