It is not fully inclusive of all possible tasks that may be expected to be performed by this role. Must Have: Salesforce, SAFe Agile Scaled and Scrum Agile expert. At least 2+ yrs of Salesforce experience. An ideal candidate would have progressed from strong development experience to Scaled Scrum Agile role. Overall 12+ years of experience with minimum 8+ years of experience in leading Agile scrum teams and 4+ years of leading scaled Agile teams. Experienced in leading, training, and coaching multiple Scrum teams in their Scrum adoption. Must be able to plan and advise Scrum implementations within the defined structure (Component - program structure in Cisco) Must have Safe Agile, scrum and Salesforce Admin certifications. Must ensure that all Scrum of Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox, including PI planning. Work with the Cisco leadership and product leadership teams for effective Product Backlog management. Work with Cisco enterprise Agile Coach to discuss the challenges, recommend process changes. Experienced in identifying cross Scrum teams dependencies, impediments and eliminating impediments of multiple Scrum Teams. Experienced in helping the Scrum Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Experienced in helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
