At the senior level they need to be able to find the "unique dynamic locator" not the "absolute locator". Example; if you go to ESPN.com, please find the locator to find the target page of MLB. Where the candidates are missing the mark is they are finding every possible link including anything MLB related- not the exact MLB page. This seems like a small issue but for the senior level they need to know the difference and find it accurately.
