Duration: Long Term Job Description: As a JIRA Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing our JIRA platform to support our project management and collaboration needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of JIRA across the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project management processes, workflows, and requirements. Configure and customize JIRA workflows, issue types, fields, and permissions to align with organizational needs. Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems used within the company's ecosystem. Provide training and support to users on JIRA best practices, usage, and administration. Perform administrative tasks such as user management, access control, and plugin management. Assist in data migration from legacy systems or other project management tools to JIRA. Monitor JIRA performance and optimize configurations for efficiency and scalability. Stay updated with latest features and enhancements in JIRA and related technologies. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. years of experience in deploying and configuring JIRA in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow configuration, custom field management, and user management. Experience integrating JIRA with other tools and systems using REST APIs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex requirements. Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator (ACJA) certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
