Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers hosting network management tools. Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues, engaging vendor technical support teams. Provide documentation and technical specifications to Network Services for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure. Complete bug scrubs of new software to be implemented. Implement automation for tools to deliver to logging pipeline, tool backup pipeline, event management pipeline. Implement automation for privileged access management.
