| Role: Enterprise Architect with TOGAF certification Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid) Only Local : **Extensive enterprise architecture experience - 10+ years; ** TOGAF certification; ** Financial Services experience. **Must have excellent communication skills - able to work with and influence senior stakeholders, self-motivated - independent worker who will take initiative and work well collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented enterprise architect to assist in the setting strategy for platforms of our organization. The enterprise architect's responsibilities include reducing the technology sprawl, managing all new tools acquisition improving the current EA operating model , optimizing business capabilities, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs. The enterprise architect is also responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.To be successful as an enterprise architect, you should have expertise in financial services, excellent technical and analytical skills. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
