| From: Naren, IT Americainc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Data Product Manager Location: Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX/ SFO.,CA (hybrid) As a Data Product Manager with the Online Customer 360 team, you will work on a centralized, enterprise data platform. You will liaise between Business and Technical teams, set the OKRs and KPIs, own the roadmap, and manage stakeholder relationships. You will partner with system of record technical counterparts, business lines, platform owners, and downstream technical counterparts in support of a centralized customer data platform to support all enterprise data needs. You will work very closely with the Data Engineering and Data Architects. Must have Technical Skills : Apache Cassandra, Rest API, SQL, Apache Hive, Data Analysis & Data Mining, Agile, Product Research, Troubleshooting Skills, Cloud Knowledge, Agile Methodology. Must have Soft Skills : Highly Motivated, Cross-team collaboration, Communication, Prioritizing tasks. Good to have : Banking/Finance Domain, GraphQL API. What you'll do : Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to align data models, product vision, and architectural principles, focusing on leveraging Cassandra's capabilities for scalable data solutions. Define and enforce data standards, harnessing your deep understanding of Cassandra's distributed architecture and optimization techniques. Conduct customer interviews to gather and define business and data requirements, utilizing APIs to enable seamless integration. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, emphasizing data intake optimization through API-driven solutions. Collaborate closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition to application architecture. Partner with Scrum Masters to manage product dependencies and cross-team planning, ensuring alignment with API development and Cassandra implementation strategies. Provide technical consulting and guidance to both technical and business teams during requirements gathering and data discovery processes. Independently lead major projects and efforts, leveraging your proactive problem-solving skills and Cassandra expertise to anticipate and address challenges. Ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges, leveraging your technical depth in Cassandra, API, and SQL. Define product metrics and outcomes for success, utilizing your expertise in SQL querying to ensure data integrity and quality in RDBMS environments. Preferred Skills/Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. 5 years of direct Technical Data Product Management experience, with a focus on data-driven solutions and API-centric architectures. Strong technical background with demonstrable expertise in Cassandra, API, SQL querying, and RDBMS. Experience in end-to-end product delivery, with a track record of successfully influencing multi-year roadmaps and driving feature delivery. Proven ability to develop, monitor, and report on metrics across platforms, leveraging Cassandra's monitoring and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
