He is looking for more senior level Arista architect type candidates. Minimum of 15+ years of design, datacenter, configuration and implementation experience. Requirements: Must Have Skills: Routing & Switching: Extensive experience with Data Center Core & Edge Routing and Switching platforms for LAN/WAN/MAN environments Cisco/Nexus; Juniper, Arista SME, design, implementation, maintenance & troubleshooting, Routing protocols OSPF, BGP, RIP. Networking: Data Center and Network Service Platform Experience F5, InfoBlox, ACI, Extensive experience with TCP/IP design, subnetting, troubleshooting-Telephony Company support. Layer 2 Network Experience: Spanning Tree, VLANs, 802.1Q. Wireless & Remote Access: Some Experience with Wireless technologies in corporate environments, Remote Access technologies VPN, SSL. Secondary Skills: Experience with Voice and Collaboration platforms CUCM, Contact Center, Enterprise Cloud Voice platforms Genesys, Avaya One Cloud, Twilio. Voice Network Experience - SIP Head End Design, SBC experience (Ribbon, Oracle, and/or Cube). MS-Teams Cloud Integrated Voice & Direct Routing. E911 Integration - Intrado ERS/EGW, RedSky. SIP Protocol experience. Experience & Certifications: Minimum of 15+ years of design, datacenter, configuration and implementation experience. CCIE level or equivalent knowledge and experience. Strong customer service and documentation skills. Ability to balance and manage multiple tasks, technologies, and projects independently, strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds, and levels within and external to the organization.
