Very detail-oriented person, takes detailed notes/requirements, knows the core Salesforce capabilities such as lead management, accounts, opportunities and integrations to other systems. Hungry to learn and super curious are the soft skills I need. They need to work with the product owner, capture business needs, translate them into JIRA cards and lead scrum with the team. This role interfaces with business and tech leaders on a daily basis, communication is key.
