| Only Local in California Workday HCM Functional Lead Consultant Location: Sacramento, CA (1 week/month and travel will be paid) Duration: 6+ months Description: This Business & HR Lead role will be responsible for all activities related to Workday product functionality and business requirements, including process analysis and configuration, to meet the client objectives to be delivered by the Workday Advisory Team. This role will be responsible for all activities related to product functionality and business requirements, including process analysis and configuration, to meet the client objectives. Must Haves: Experience with several Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a functional leadership position (e.g., functional architect), including for at least 1 customer of comparable size and scope to the client (>400k employees). Experience designing and configuring Workday implementations. Experience in functional roles related to Workday HCM. Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications. Strong analytical skills: ability to research issues and provide solutions. Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements. Experience managing teams of people - 5 years. Keywords: California |
