Azure understanding is required in the sense that the candidate must be aware of how to deploy on Azure, how to create pipelines, how to get data from Azure using Azure APIs , etc. The candidate must have experience of fetching data from Databases like Oracle, SQL, Snowflake etc. GenAI exposure is needed. If the person has experience on creating POCs, it is expected that during the interview the candidate is able to explain it.
