Must be local/commutable distance. Pre-Qualifying Questions: Have you led 2 SAP Programs What/when were they Do you have experience managing S/4 Projects What was the project focus Do you have extensive experience presenting to large groups SAP Solutions/Functionality Have you lead large teams What was the teams size What was the project focus MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS Skills: Program Management-The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management-SAP S/4HANA project management experience required (version 1809 or higher),Excellent client facing skills. Requirements: The ability to perform the below: Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality. Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support. Create and manage SAP project schedules using ACTIVATE Methodology General consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy. Project management: lead medium to large teams of 5-50 resources (both consulting and client employees) Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills. Experience scoping and estimating SAP implementation projects. Deliverables: Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members. Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility. Participate in data conversion and data maintenance. Provide best practice and industry specific solutions. Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions. Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
