| Job Description Title: Project Manager with IBM Maximo experience Job Type - Contract Location: Remote This project aims to replace our current core program application, IBM Maximo, with a newer version including new a module that will significantly impact our business processes and increase our efficiency. It is a multi-team project involving a third-party entity and numerous internal teams and will require coordination and collaboration from both IT and business teams to deliver successfully. Role Scope / Deliverables: Responsible for successfully managing the project through its lifecycle (Scoping, Requirements, Design, Testing, Implementation) within a hybrid waterfall/Agile development framework. Works closely with application teams, technical staff, vendors, and business users to deliver the projects on time and budget. Documents project scope, tracks costs, and facilitates work estimates and schedules in an Agile framework. Manages stakeholder expectations efficiently with minimal guidance. Maintains strong working relationships with all stakeholder representatives. Must have strong presentation skills with proven experience delivering formal presentations to various levels of management (both locally and remote). Manages the status of the project, including communicating overall risk, financial performance, and status of the portfolio. Communicates issues or risks in a timely and effective manner and develops mitigation plans to address/resolve them.
