Job Description: The Grocery Data Tech Analytics team at Whole Foods is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Engineer for a 6-month contract that will likely extend. This team supports multiple Amazon business units including Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Go, as well as some third-party grocery partners. There have been a large number of reorgs, resulting in a number of data sources being deprecated, and they need a BIE that can help to identify all of the jobs impacted within these dashboards and replace them to ensure that important data is still accessible. Candidates should have strong SQL experience as this will be used heavily within the role. They also need to be very familiar with QuickSight. This doesn't need to be QuickSight development experience, but they should know how the backend works and how to read and export data. In addition, they should have experience with a scripting language like Python. The team will heavily use multiple AWS services like Redshift, S3, and Athena. They are willing to coach someone up on some of these, but the ideal candidate will at least have some familiarity with at least a few of these. Keywords: sthree golang |
