Manage stakeholder expectations as well as work with offshore team to deliver Job Summary : The Sr. Systems Analyst is a technical leader with a deep understanding of BI technologies, business processes and able to manage a team of developers who will design and support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Responsibilities: Lead evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide solutions. Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives. Provides a point of contact for supporting the applications in support of one or more specific business processes or areas. Acts as a primary liaison between the business or function and vendor to provide updates, ensure alignment and monitor vendor activities. Works on the projects and initiatives assigned by the IT management team. Design solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer needs. Delivers messages and presentations in a clear, confident manner. Produce technical documentation of systems and architectures. Act as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings focused on solutions in the Commercial Data Mgt and Analytics solution space. Requirements: Strong background in application and solution development in data mgt and analytics solutions. Specific or technical job skills: Experience in solution design and Agile solution delivery. Experience in BI (Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.) Technologies, SQL Good knowledge of data modelling & data warehousing concepts Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Data like iQVIA, KOMODO, Veeva, Customer or Product Master Systems is a plus. Knowledge of Snowflake, Tullius/ThoughtSpot a plus Experience in handling onsite/offshore team is a plus Experiences in agile development and testing preferred Ability to work independently Demonstrated problem solver with an ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills Expert knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques.
