Role: Java Developer with POS Technical lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) Duration: Contract Must have: Java Spring boot Microservices POS Technical lead. Job Description: Has strong POS experience background Has worked on POS products like Jump Mind commerce Strong Systems Engineering Experience including HW, Networking architecture understanding Strong experience putting together high / low level design and architecture Strong in Spring boot, Gradle, Postgres, CI CD deployment pipeline setup using Bamboo or similar tools Worked in TDD approach focusing on both dev and testing (unit testing, contract testing, API automation and UI automation, performance testing) Strong communication and collaboration skills and can easily partner with cross functional teams Used monitoring tools to trouble shoot, triage, setup dashboards and alerts (like Splunk, NR, Grafana type tools) Worked on Data synchronization implementation and Data Integration tools Strong in GCP, GKE Experience in building unified commerce engines that serves website, mob app and stores Experience in Angular / React, iOS wrapper / ionic builds. We need this knowledge for our Ipads in store.
