Role: Sr. Business Anlayst Location: HYBRID ROLE Duration: 12 Months Client Job ID#: ANM-009 Looking for Citizens only Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis principles, with strong expertise in utilizing Jira and Agile methodologies. Candidates with experience working on multiple projects and across various modules will be given preference. Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, prioritize features, and resolve conflicts. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts. Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide clarification as needed. Utilize Jira to manage and track user stories, tasks, and project progress. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and expectations. Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Requirements Experience (12+ Years) Requirements This is a Hybrid Position. Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in using Jira for project management and issue tracking. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and across various modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
