They will have a really strong background in salesforce development 70% of their role will be technical and 30% will be functional. They will be a strong coder and have worked with the service manufacturing domain in salesforce. He said that domain is called "Service and Claims". Tavant is ideal but if they dont have Tavant they will need to be a really strong developer that has the capacity to learn Tavant very quickly.
