JD: An ideal candidate for this role would be a blend of BA/PM. Someone that has done a strong BA role in the past and has led Salesforce CRM implementations. Must have working exp on BFSI domain They need to be able to own JIRA and write the stories, help the teams scrum progress and manage the projects. Very detail-oriented person, takes detailed notes/requirements, knows the core Salesforce capabilities such as lead management, accounts, opportunities and integrations to other systems. Hungry to learn and super curious are the soft skills I need. They need to work with the product owner, capture business needs, translate them into JIRA cards and lead scrum with the team.
