This is a hands-on, technical lead role in the Advisory organization that will develop cloud-native services to support LPLs overall cloud strategy and migration to AWS. Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the design, architecture, and development of solutions using modern cloud-based architecture and tools Accountable for redesigning legacy systems from on-prem to cloud-based solutions. The candidate will be guiding a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on critical order entry platforms. Activities will include daily oversight of development, coding, work planning, conceptual designs, and working with Product and QE teams to create, test, and deploy solutions. The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts in a fast moving team. Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in activities which drive the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance, using C#, .NET 6 or higher, Angular, jQuery, MS SQL Server 2012 or higher Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan sprints that deliver quality demonstrations.
