The Architect positions within ServiceNow practice is a trusted advisor role and as such provides thought leadership, mentoring and guidance to drive the next level of customer/employee/creator workflows to the client. Understanding the business context and translating functional and technical requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution. Defining an overall Data Architecture to ingest the data into ServiceNow platform for Day-0 load and delta load. Professional Experience Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects, including experience in the Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow specific projects of at least one module such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM or GRC. Minimum 12 years of experience in delivering IT projects with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform Proven experience in implementing new functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, Script Includes, Transform Map etc. Proven experience in working within both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
