Please find below requirement and let me know your interest UI Solution Architect Location: Iselin, NJ Onsite Duration: Long term Role name: Solution Architect Role Description: - Ability to create standardized UI frameworks that can be reused across the organization.- Should have a strong knowledge on python and should be able to execute the automations independently.- Strong knowledge of Web Development: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, Authentication mechanisms- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Structures and Algorithms- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn rapidly- Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. There might be need for support coverage outside the normal working schedules and during the weekends.- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
