Training Design\\Curricula Design\\Training Delivery Responsibilities: Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 \\ CRM\\Training Design\\Curricula Design\\Training Delivery As a Training Lead & Instructional Designer, you play a key role in driving change adoption in business transformation initiatives. Within a project setting, you may work closely with change practitioners and management consultants to build knowledge and experience in change management and training principles, tools, and practices. Your primary responsibilities may include designing, developing, and delivering educational content, designing role-based training curricula, coordinating training, designing and conducting assessments, and monitoring and measuring training effectiveness and compliance. You take part in work groups, work sessions, and interviews with business and technical representatives, occasionally as an observer but more often as an active participant.
