Location: Lansing, MI (DTMB)(Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months Candidates MUST be located within 1-1.5 hours of the greater Lansing area. Manager is not interested in candidates who need to relocate to accept an offer. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for a hybrid work schedule which is in-office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite; Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays will be remote). NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. This position is with Agency Services for MDOC and Assists in the design, development, delivery, and support of Information Technology (IT) solutions to the Client Agency. We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst that is proficient in all IT procedures and has excellent communication skills. You need to have a strong technical expertise in database design and development and come from an IT background. Ask questions and clearly communicate your results to audiences that are technical and non-technical alike. Working closely with developers and being able to assist them in their job should not present any difficulties for you. Its not necessary for you to be a developer; nonetheless, you should be able to convey the technical aspects of what developers are looking at to the client.
