Incident Diagnosis & Resolution Service Requests/Work Orders fulfilment Keep track of Remedy queue Servers and Clients Installation & Configuration Software Upgrades and Patch Installations Managing Server & User Licenses Operational Health Check (CPU/Memory) and effective allocation of resources. ETL/ELT Code Deployments User Administration Control Center Monitoring Change RACI (Review, Approve, Coordinate, and Implement) Supporting DR Simulation Upgrades and Patch Installations.
