This is the person who gives thought leadership as well as best practices for full scale LoanIQ implementations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing LoanIQ solutions tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop strategies, and drive successful implementation initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design: Lead the design of LoanIQ solutions aligned with the specific requirements and objectives of very large banking enterprises. Utilize in-depth knowledge of LoanIQ capabilities to architect robust and scalable solutions that address complex business challenges. 2. Implementation Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and direction to implementation teams, fostering collaboration and excellence in execution. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and manage stakeholders' interests throughout the implementation lifecycle. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our delivery capabilities. 4. Project Management: Assume responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgetary constraints. 5. Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and insights with internal teams through training sessions, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience architecting and implementing LoanIQ solutions within very large banking enterprises. Strong understanding of banking operations, loan lifecycle management, and financial services industry trends. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Deep technical proficiency in LoanIQ configuration, customization, and integration.
