Existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), which provides the call processing for the endpoints. Including additional configuration of SRTP to meet PCI Compliance requirements. Existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence (IM&P) Service, which provides instant messaging and presence functionality. Cisco Smart Software Manager, which will provide the licensing management and enforcement for the Cisco Unified Communications applications. Customer's existing licenses (if any) will be migrated to Cisco Smart Software Manager.
